Follow these steps to find the home that's right for you!
Identify neighborhoods that feel good to you when you drive through.
Identify neighborhoods that meet your needs for location, lot sizes, schools, churches, shopping, entertainment, etc.
Knock on doors and talk to people in the neighborhoods you like.

Keep an inventory of 2 to 3 houses that meet your needs. If one of them sells add another to your list. Be ready to buy as soon as you sell.
What should you do if you find your dream house before you sell your current home?
We will discuss the possibility of making an offer that is contingent upon the sale of your house. Remember, though, that you will have to make the offer attractive to the sellers in order for them to consider the risk of accepting your offer.
